Lost At Sea
(Mixed media, with poem ‘An Rud A Thig Leis An Uisge’ by Kevin MacNeil)
I’m trying out some software to enable me to create an online catalogue for the exhibition at The Bedales Gallery in 2010.
I’m always being asked at exhibitions for more information and explanations about the themes and ideas behind the work, so I would be interested to find out from my readers what they would think of a catalogue in this format.

Recently, I have been working on a series of drawings, inspired by the collection of poems
‘Praising The Guga’ by Donald S. Murray.
‘Gannets Seen In Mourning’ - Charcoal on paper - 2009
To celebrate Donald’s book ‘The Guga Hunters’. two of the drawings have been presented to Comunn Eachdraidh Nis (Ness Historical Society). I am honoured that these drawings are to have a place in the community of Ness and North Lewis, and that I have been given the opportunity to work with such an inspiring collection of poems.
